We discussed this at the meeting a little bit, I wanted to provide a recap. MikeB provided some interesting info in that Springfield is over taxing Cox's equipment in that its local switch is only set up to handle about 500 continuous connections. I would say this is the primary reason that cox users are experiencing dis-connects. This will not change until Cox upgrades their equipment. The other issue is connecting by wifi and the connection not re-connecting. This is a setting in your network configuration. You want to be sure that your network settings are set to connect automatically to your preferred networks.
